In a residential area north of Toulouse, the architects of the PPA architecture studio have designed a building for various uses called Pavilion M. The project is located in a problematic context of disorganised suburban expansion and an international golf course.

PPA architectures Pavilion M Seilh France

ThePavilion Mproject byPPA architectures, located in a residential area north of Toulouse, aims to maximise the potential of the site in a problematic urban context characterized by a disorganised suburban expansion and an international golf course, apparently unlimited. The multifunctional building has three overlapping volumes with aU-shaped layout.
All the volumes feature a view over the artificial landscape of the nearby golf course withlarge sliding windows from floor to ceiling. The main volume forms a transparent filter that separates the paved patio with a swimming pool from the terrace overlooking the golf course.

The architects of thePPAstudio chose not to characterise the interiors with specific furnishing, so each space can be specifically adapted to a use or be totally flexible.
The result is an apparently unpretentious construction where, in reality, attention has been paid to the smallest details, with aspatial fluidityunderlined by pathways and openings that allow it to blend with the landscape.
